Please do take time to read through the Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders are only confirmed when a 50% deposit is received and confirmed.

2. Orders are based on first-come-first-served basis with payment made duly. I will try by best to let you know if there is any pending orders in the midst of discussion.

3. All quotations/prices are only valid 7 days starting from the day that the information is received.
 
4. No changes are to be made in design or quantity 7 days prior to the actual day for all confirmed orders.

5. Cancellation policy
- 100% of the deposit made will be refunded 28 days and earlier before the actual date.
- 50% of the deposit made will be refunded before 15 - 21 days before the actual date.
- No refund will be given for request made 14 days and less before the actual date
